职位描述:
• Own and drive procurement and supplier market intelligence for all relevant markets (e.g. macroeconomic & semiconductor, procurement categories, raw materials) with strong analytics of (external) data & info and provide expert insights to global procurement organization in appropriate formats.
• Independent preparation and elaboration of detailed analyses on macro & micro markets and deriving recommendations for Procurement colleagues as well as Management (incl. communication of results)
• Set-up and execution of strategic projects for the analysis of market developments and correlation in close alignment with Procurement management – e.g. evaluation of a specific hypothesis with thorough research and analysis as well as documentation and sharing of results & conclusions with stakeholders
• Active tracking and analysis of market developments in Procurement markets - also on specific sometimes short-term request from the organization
• Timely evaluation and appropriate distribution of public reports, information from bank analysts as well as industry-specific reports (partially linked to activities by central strategy department) - related to the procurement markets (aspects can concern e.g. suppliers, raw materials, categories)
• Short-term preparation of management briefing documents for market-relevant topics, in particular in preparation for and negotiation as well as annual internal events such as the events such as Day of Corporate Functions
• Consulting & supporting category managers (buyers) in the preparation of the yearly category strategy for market relevant aspects – e.g. by enhancing market understanding in applying the Market Structure Analysis (MaStA) methodology
• Consolidating and representing Procurements market beyond Procurement – e.g. macroeconomic round table of the central strategy department
• Active support of global interdisciplinary projects of the Procurement organization to bring Procurements ambition and strategy to live
• Close collaboration and exchange with internal functions as well as external partners and institutions, e.g. in the exchange on methodologies in market analysis
任职条件:
• Studies with 1-4 years regular study duration, e.g. business administration, industrial engineering - subject specific experience in procurement and/or semiconductor industry related context
• e.g. buyer, business analyst for a central planning or strategy department or strategy consulting, market analyst (e.g. semiconductor markets, procurement category markets, raw material/commodity markets)
• well connected in the semiconductor specific market (e.g. established access to up-to-date and relevant market information via specific conferences/fairs
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (and Tableau)
• Fluent in English including in written
