工作职责：负责跟进出口相关事务，审核相关文件。岗位要求：需要具备基本的进出口物流常识，能够以英文为工作语言。
工作地点：上海静安区，靠近上海火车站。
薪资水平：一般文员在7000-8000元/月，物流专员在13000元左右，可面谈。

Main Responsibilities:

Broker performance management to ensure the shipment timely release and delivery.

Compliance for trade data, Customs/CIQ regulations and embed into ops and vendor management.

Implement Trade Preference Programs, analyze the duty lost cases and communicate with oversea team to enhance the FTA COO Application performance at origin.

Responsible for daily customs declaration documents validation, HS classification, duty & VAT handling.

Inbound and outbound process implementation and system operation on SAP

Prepare and check all logistics documents for goods receiving or shipping

Timely respond to delivery enquiry from commercial or customers

Identify and execute opportunities to improve customer delivery performance

Create and implement Reporting System and documentation sharing with Supply Chain team and Logistic Department (China / Spain).

Requirements:   

Knowledge of Import & Export, inventory control is a plus;

Technical: Knowledge of import / export documentation and flow.

Familiar with Customs & CIQ (China Inspection Quarantine) regulations;

Good at Microsoft office software, especially Excel, Word, PPT, etc.

Knowledge of SAP system;

Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English;

Strong listening and learning skills;
