供应商开发 - Control the procurement cost 控制采购成本 - Provide market information to support other departments 协助其他部门并提供市场信息 - Support the foreign purchasing 协助海外采购 - Suppliers management for motor, Fan, Gear box and other electronic instruments on project 对项目的电机，风机，齿轮箱以及其他电仪供应商的管理 - Price break down and price list analysis 价格拆分以及价格清单的分析准备 - Expediting and payment of PO afterwards 订单下达后的催交和付款 - Suppliers related contact after delivered or site issues 发货后的供应商联络以及现场情况处理
Primary Activities 主要工作： - Consider fully about supplier’s quality, functioning environment, security system to assess its impact on the surrounding environment and personal safety. Changes must be fully consider the environmental factors, control of occupational health and safety risks. - 在签订项目采购合同时，因充分考虑供应商质量、环境、安全体系的运作情况，评估其对周边环境和人身安全的影响，变更时也必须充分考虑到对环境因素、职业健康安全风险的控制； - Participate in material planning and establishing material availability objectives with consideration given to the project schedule, production planning, supplier delivery lead-time. 参与规划以及建立适用性材料并考虑,项目进度以及生产计划、供应商交付时间。 - Organize, formulate and prepare schedules to conform to delivery dates, manufacturing capacities, purchasing period and etc. 组织、制定和准备安排符合交货日期、生产能力、采购周期等。 - Prepare and organize the review of procurement process with internal stakeholders, play a key role in implementing the agreed process. 准备和组织采购过程的审查与内部利益相关者,实现在合作过程中发挥关键作用。 - Prepare and implement the plan of supplier qualification, review and improvement. 准备和实施供应商资格的计划,评估和改进。 - Leads the process of purchase agreements development, negotiation, and management in accordance with company material policies, procedures, and approval authority. 领导采购协议的过程从开发、谈判和管理需要按照公司物料政策,程序,批准机关。、 - Manages business relationships with suppliers, ensure service and quality requirements are met, and proactively implement best practices to improve cash flow. 管理与供应商的业务关系,保证服务和质量要求得到满足,并积极实施最佳方案来改善现金流。 - Analysis the historical price with the help of data analysis team, build up cost break down and price list for electronic commodiy. 电器部分在企画组的帮助下，按类归分历史价格记录，拆分价格组成，建立价格清单。 - Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize procurement results. - 通过内部和外部的需求来优化采购合作的结果。 - Ensure staff is appropriately trained and capable of executing processes and methods and provide ongoing management and mentoring of staff to ensure high quality performance. 确保员工训练有素的和执行能够的流程和方法,并提供可持续的管理和指导员工以确保高效率的表现。 - Develop the subordinates and coach their career path. 发展下属并指导他们的职业规划 - Report and contact with related group GCM 汇报并联系集团品类采购经理 - Quick response to site urgent issue 即时处理现场问题
Education & Work experience 教育及工作经验: - Electric Engineering or related Science Degree, ( Mini 3 years procurement related experience. SQE or Design experience would be appreciated. SQE or Design supervisor can exempt the procurement working experience 全日制本科电器或相关理科学位（至少3年以上采购相关工作经验，有SQE或者设计工作经验为佳。曾为SQE或者设计主管的可豁免采购经验）
