Job Responsibilities:
· Sourcing new suppliers based on business requirements.
· Develop commodity strategies for responsible commodities.
· Cost down and price negotiations.
· Supplier management for continuous improvement on delivery and quality.
· Support new projects on purchasing activities.
· Contract management.
· Support local production units for problem solving.
· Other purchasing related activities.

Qualifications:
· College or university degree of technical or trading background.
· Minimum 8-year experience in sourcing and purchasing area, experience on electronics preferred.
· Very familiar with electrical products and the purchasing market of electrical parts.
· Have the technical capability for localizing the electrical purchasing projects.
· Have the management experience of electrical purchasing team.
· Good English capability.
· Good communication and cooperation skill;
· Ability to travel

英文和工作年限可以放宽，主要负责电子件采购，比如工业电源、pcb、电压器等采购经理经验皆可，薪资在30w左右。
