Responsibilities
•Handle daily customer orders and confirm delivery terms
•Work with operation team to follow up the manufacturing schedule and ensure the products on time delivery
•Prepare related documents for shipping arrangement
•Assist Customer Service Manager to respond customer enquiry and coordinate with internal functions to implement corrective and preventative actions
•Monitor and follow up customer payment
•Provide support to sales and marketing in sample delivery and Expo administration
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree
•Fluent in both oral and written English
•Good knowledge of import and export process and policy is prefer
•Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques
•Good computer skills of Word, Excel, ERP system
•Proactive, flexible, customer focus
