Report to: 国内采购总监Cathy 国外：总部 Location: Suzhou
Job Description
1. Effectively organize/manage AP indirect sourcing business plans, targets & objectives implementation
2. Provide regular reports to bring visibility on saving, compliance, opportunity and risks
3. Assist the Global Category Managers in the definition of the strategy for Capex, Tools, MRO and consumables
4. Coordinate the category buyers to formalize AP regional category strategy
5. Collaboratively develop and implement indirect category sourcing strategies w. the key stakeholders
6. Execute regional sourcing in close relation with the Global category manager
7. Participate actively in commercial negotiation, suppliers follow up
8. Manage internal stakeholder expectations and maintain relationship

3. Excellent skills in negotiating favorable terms & conditions
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
5. Ability to write and complete long term agreement with strategic partners

Desired Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration and or Engineering
2. Min. 4 years of relevant experience in Purchasing and 2 years team management experience
