Inquires the quotation from the qualified suppliers follows costs and makes cost comparison on his own responsible area Indicators, following up the market price make orders through BAAN system deal with the invoice and payments issue uses databases and Baan agreed way auditing existing supplier Follows the delivery are on time through BAAN feedback handling, e.g. deal with unqualified products supplier network, evaluating the qualified suppliers long term and frame contracts if needed Co-operation with supply chain category management Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers Job Requirement & Qualification任职要求 Specify the skills, knowledge and experience required to do this job. Bachelor degree in science/engineering course is preferred At least 6 years working experience including at least 5 year’s purchasing experience in manufacturing environment Good ability to read technical drawings Knowledge and experience in ERP systems Good communication and negotiation skills Fluent oral English Knowledge in general purchasing principle Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Working Location：JiaDing, Shanghai
