Job objective

Responsible for company’s purchasing and department work, avoid to risks posted by destabilize markets

Regular duties and responsibilities

1. Responsible for Technology monitoring (procurement market and competition).

2. Purchasing market analysis (competitors, suppliers,).

3. Coordination of SE works with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions.

4. Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier.

5. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part.

6. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers.

7. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management.

8. Securing sustainable quality through preventive QS measure.

9. Localization projects, management external procurement part projects.

10. Good working relationships with all suppliers and users.

11. Management of purchasing department.

Qualification

Education & Experience

1. Bachelor degree in manufacturing technology, minimum 5-7 years of work experience in purchasing work field, 2-3 years management experience.

2. Business management skills including ability to implement strategy, to monitor budgets, expenses, and to manage costs and resources.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide effective feedback and coaching, with the aptitude to influence all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally with suppliers and customers.

4. Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.

5. Language : French（necessary）、English, fluency in writing , reading , speaking
