Responsibilities

1.Manage a team of technicians to ensure the factory buildings, plant facilities and fire protection facilities are well maintained and safe working environment.Manage a team of technicians to ensure the factory buildings, plant facilities and fire protection facilities are well maintained and safe working environment.

2.Manage all renovation projects required for facilities within budget and schedule

3.Champion cost reduction projects related to energy consumption and waste management.

4.Work with government officials to ensure building compliance to all rules and regulations that apply.

5.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Education：College and above

Skill：Experience in maintaining clean room space required

              Background in managing large facility renovation projects

English：N/A

Industry Background：Manufacturing industry

Working Experience：5+ years’ experience in facilities management

Personal  Traits：Very good interpersonal skills, strong responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player. Able to work independently.
