岗位职责：
·Optimize the purchase policy and set up the vendor master data;
·Establish the relationship with suppliers for long term to meet our requirements based on the company policy.
·Optimize the supply chain including the strategy of single sourcing or multi-sourcing for different types of purchase.
·Being a hard negotiator, obtain best total cost from supplier while still maintaining competitiveness of quality, delivery and service
·Effectively and skillfully communicate internally and externally for supplier issue, including but not limited to supplier delivery issue, document discrepancy, payment issue; manage supplier relationship
·Track PO acknowledgement, and ensure supplier delivery on time
·Monitor and coach the in-charge sourcing persons in the different sites.
·Cross-department coordination against quality and delivery issues
·Ad hoc task assigned by line manager

任职资格：
·3~5 years’ purchase experience, and preferably from multinational company
·Sense of following purchase process and principle
·Fluent in both spoken and written English
·Excellent MS Office (Excel &PPT) skill
·Strong responsibility and negotiation skill
·University degree or above
·Majored in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Management, etc.
·Be able to communicate widely with all level people internally and externally, be flexible and skillful working with others.
