Job Summary：Purchasing engineer for direct material

Job Responsibilities：

1. Source & develop suppliers to maintain a qualified and potential supply base in China

2. Responsible for executing the entire sourcing process from supplier assessment, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval, sample order, parts approval and serial production;

3. Responsible for supplier contract negotiation, renew & update suppliers' agreements;

4. Follow up/execute engineering/design changes according to drawings/specification.

5. Material cost analysis and reduction

6. Supplier management and performance analysis, maintain the KPI report.

7. Other jobs assigned by direct manager

Qualification (Skills /Experience/ Education)：

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

2. Strong engineering background and good capability to understand engineering drawings

3. Understand multiple process and materials.

4. More than three years expierance of industrial components purchasing

5. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

6. Good office365 and internet skills. Skills of using SAP preferred.

7. Good ability of reading and writing of English

8.Good team work.

职位其他信息如下：

1、主要负责直接物料采购，机械工程背景，丰富的机械零部件采购经验；

2、适应出差，频率大概是一个月2次，每次1-3天，主要进行供应商进度跟踪等工作，地点以江浙沪地区位置，偶尔会涉及广东等地区；

3、能够识别图纸，进行工艺评估，熟悉机加工及装配流水线、注塑机等，有非标产品采购项目更佳；

4、如果是气动同行业的从业背景更佳；

5、沟通能力强，情商高，尤其是供应商沟通及管理能力出色；

6、英语口语熟练，口语流利者优先；

7 薪资12K*16
