Main Responsibilities
(For sales position, it must including the information about business scope, sales target and
performance evaluation standard etc.）

Responsibility:
Manage import business flow and operational process; negotiate vendors (mainly inter-company) and forwarders in terms of service deals and On-Time-In-Full performance
Manage license, certificate and related documents handling, matching, filing, tracking and renewing
Work as the interface with customs, quarantine inspection, port and other authorities; build up effective communication with them.
Analyze , establish and drive process efficiency, cost control and trade compliance projects
Assist superiors for cross-departmental and other teamwork assignments; reduce claims, complaints and business risks,
which lead to targeted customer satisfaction
Report:Import and Customs declaration Manager

Requirements:
College or above.
Minimum 6 years’ working experience in management of international trade, customs clearance, quarantine and inspection in multinational manufacturing environment.
Supervisory role or good track records of managing a team.
Have full knowledge of handling import/export of chemical related products.
Good understanding of related laws and regulations.
ERP and customs e-declaration system knowledge.
Inter-personal & communication skills.
Good working attitude and team player.
Have E/I certificates.
Fluent English skills, especially reading and writing. English CET-6 required.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving abilities.
Ability to work underpres.
