Responsibilities:

--Multiple projects time schedule management to reach on time deliverywith right quality

--To conduct Purchasing activities, aligning withCompany goals

--ERP/SAP result review and actions taking

--Contracts negotiating with vendors, aligningwith Supervisor

--Lead the team for stable supply optimization byfollowing Supply Chain Strategies

--Inventory control with increasing goalsquarterly

--JIT/Consignment programs implementation

--Vendor issues resolving, performance monitoringand improvement

--Procurement team business goals (SOTD, Saving)setup & performance tracking with data weekly & driving for improvement   

--Procurement team capability development

--Team procedures/WIs optimization

--To support importing/exporting activities,complying with government rules or regulations

--Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

--B/S degree or above

--5 years working experience in a foreign investedcompany with ERP system in operating

--At least 3 years of team management experience

--Familiar with casting (iron), welding frames andmachining process

--Strong experience in project management&interpersonal skills

--Good in both oral and written English

--Good at MS office operating

--Open mind and team work
