Responsibilities

·        Leading a cross functional team across locations

·        Definition and implementation of a supplier and procurement strategy across locations

·        Negotiation of global contracts for the procurement of production equipment including spare and consumable parts

·        Contract and price negotiation of procurement projects

·        Supplier management and escalation

·        Procurement controlling and reporting

·        Steering of sourcing projects for new technologies and alternative suppliers (including market analyses)

·        Performing of cost reduction measures

·        Demand management and forecasting

Qualification and Requirements

·        Academic degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, micro systems, physics, semiconductors)

·        Min. 7+ years professional experience in procurement of capital equipment or in semiconductor process engineering

·        Business fluent in English is required. Chinese is desired

·        Technical knowledge in one or more technology fields in the semiconductor industry with focus on Frontend/Backend processes

·        Target orientation regarding cost, milestones, quality of the procured goods

·        Excellent communication and persuasion skills

·        Ability to work in an international environment incl. global business trips

2.   英语要求熟练， 每周都有电话会议

3.   需要有国际大公司的工作经验， OSRAM之前是西门子旗下的公司

4.   汽车行业优先, 我们的主要产品用于汽车内外照明和指示。

5.   希望有半导体行业经验，我们的产品是LED

6.   设备采购经验优先考虑
