Job Description

JobObjective:

Completecross-department, operational purchasing tasks in the context of specificguidelines,  in order to acquirematerials on national and sometimes international procurement markets asoptimally as possible, as well as prepare and process procurement transactions,i.e. looking after suppliers and parts, as these have gone into production.Ensure the supply of parts for production.

Responsiblities:

1.       Alignment with relevant MGMsand local competence members to build up supplier pool and set up strategy fordifferent material groups;

2.       Pro-active research and facilitatereduction potentials of procurement costs;

3.       Monitor the purchasing volume,identify further localization potential and negotiate ratio potential whilemass production;

4.       Supporting material plannersand the quality assurance employees at the escalation level stage.

5.       Ensure productionmaterial/parts available according to schedule;

6.       Supplier development andmanagement for quality, delivery, cost;

7.       Observe the market situationaccording to predetermined criteria, as well as assist in the execution of activeprocurement marketing;

8.       Contractual agreements andrelationship maintenance with suppliers;

9.       Set target agreements withsuppliers in collaboration with the responsible Q functions;

10.    Request for quotations,evaluations and negotiations of quotations;

11.    Keep master data up to date intechnology and engineering change management.

Requirements:

1.       Qualification for technicalcollege or BS/BA in technical or business discipline;

2.       Good commander of English;

3.       Knowledge in materialmanagement, economic and market, contract law, negotiating and basic technicalknowledge;

4.       Commodity experience on plasticparts/tooling .
