Job Responsibilities:
1.     Responsible for daily work of purchasing department and maintenance of purchasing process;
2.     Implementation engineering optimization projects and potentially in our internal manufacturing sites;
3.     Responsible for reviewing the compliance of the suppliers in the assigned scope regarding the Supplier Quality, Supplier Sustainability and Supplier Development KPI's;
4.     Carry out regular business review with key suppliers to strengthen supplier performance;
5.     Lead and perform supplier audit with cross functional team;
6.     Responsible for the management, guidance, training and evaluation of employees in the department;
7.     Others assigned by Director.

Job requirements:
1.     Bachelor degree with Purchasing/Supply Chain Management/Business/Engineering;
2.     8 to 15 yrs purchasing experience, including 2~3 yrs manager experience;
3.     With connector or Machining knowledge is preferred;
4.     Good command of written and spoken English;
5.     Able to work independently and under pressure.Location: Suzhou
