Responsibilities ·Implement purchase activities for assigned commodities; ·Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers, make effective bench mark check and price comparison; ·Work with relate technical Engineering for verifying the specification for the unclear purchasing request; ·Manage and define the priority for the daily job according to the different project timing. ·Follow up suppliers for on-time delivery, make payment plan for the suppliers; ·Quarterly review key supplier performance, tracking the suppliers’ correct action plan; ·Execute Cost analysis for assignment commodities, study the supply market for new opportunities of solutions and costs. ·Drive the local agreement and support the global develop the global agreement.
Requirements ·Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, supply chain management. ·At least 5 years experiences in Automation industry or related experience in project company. ·Strong negotiation and coordination skills with internal teams and the suppliers. Able to make reasonable decisions under tough situation; ·Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, a good team player; ·Strong sense of timing controlling, logic thinking, target approaching; ·Knowledge of contract law, international trade rule is a plus; ·SAP is a plus; ·Good at both oral and written English
