Responsibilites：
1.Help identify, evaluate, and assess suppliers
2.Lead commodity teams in developing and implementing supply strategy of die-casting for all FSG sites
3.Lead the effort throughout the supplier development phase in planning and developing local suppliers to meetthe goals and objectives set by the global commodity teams.
4.Responsible to coordinate communications and activities between commodity teams and suppliers in thesupplier development phase.
5.Using CIP, Lean and Six Sigma, and other tools, identify and implement improvements in supplier's overallcapabilities.
6.Coordinate with suppliers on Global and local Emerson supplier initiatives and activities
7.Participate in regular supplier performance reviews.
8.To implement ISO 9000/14000/18000 seriously and improve quality / environment / Occupational Healthcontinuously.

Qualifications：
1.3+ years of experience in developing Chinese local suppliers of mechanical parts and be familiar with the marketlandscape for such products and suppliers.5+ years of experience with modern metal parts fabrication operations.Have experience in managing and/or negotiating commercial issues with suppliers.Ideal candidates will hold a mechanical engineering degree and have experience in operations, as well as supplychain or commodity management functions, and be wellversed in Lean and Six Sigma methods.
2.BSME, BS Metallurgical Engineering, or BSIE
3.Strong technical skills in appropriate engineering field. Commercial and management experience a plus.
4.Be familiar with ISO system.
5.In good physical status
