Report to： Purchasing Manager

Location: SIP,Suzhou

一、Requirements:

a.Bachelordegree or above, major in Commercial or engineering related.

b.Minimum3 years of sourcing, purchasing working experience in manufacturing

environment,telecommunication background preferred, and mechanical sourcing

experience ispreferred.

c.Familiarwith office software, ERP (SAP preferred) etc.

d.Goodcommand of reading, spoken and written English, capable to round

meetings/conferencecall both with internal team and external suppliers in English

e.Goodcommunication and negotiation skills

f.Highethical standards and professionalism is required

g.Travelling required

二、JobDescriptions:

a.Sourcingand develops new suppliers for new projects/new business needs

b.Leadvendor selection and qualification process with qualification team whensupplier

selectionprocedure applied for direct material purchasing, to ensure all requiredvendors’

generalinformation and NDA in place

c.HandleRFQ and do cost analysis, negotiation with suppliers on pricing and other termand

conditions,ensure that all procurements are based on competitive bids as submitted by

qualifiedsuppliers

d.Procurecomplex direct materials, ensure all necessary purchasing data well maintainedin

SAP database fororder process and that all payment, delivery issues, etc. are resolved.

e.Purchasing contract initial, negotiation and management

f.Achievecost savings/reductions through supply base optimization & negotiation

g.Workwith global category manager for category strategies and implement in localregion

as well asglobal projects supporting

h.BUstrategy alignment, ensure supply base strategy is line with BU expectation

i.Maintainpositive working relationship with supplier base, ensure that the Supplier Performancemeets business expectation

j.Supplyrisk management, analyze and assess any potential risk in the supply base, seekfor

solution forrisk mitigation and avoidance

k.Interface with Business Units (engineering, manufacturing, quality, planning)to identify

business/projectsneeds and team works to meet those needs

l.Complywith internal and external audits , and provide necessary information during

auditing
