岗位职责
1. Manage and guide team to achieve target, define strategy of key commodity such as motor, cubicle, support dept. manager improve process and procedure
2. New supplier Introduction, market survey by using IT technology and other information channel, analyse the information and select potential supplier
Implement AC Wuxi sourcing strategy, use supplier selection criteria and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier
3. New products PPAP follow-up , clarify and communicate with supplier about our requirement, follow-up the procedure of PPAP
4. Supplier management, establish logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up, timely solve the delivery issues in daily operation,
Set up partnership with supplier
Support SQA to improve supplier delivery ,quality and process
5. Negotiation, achieve win-win situation
6. Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the
favorable supply contract and follow-up
7. Project management and DN handling
8. Take the responsibility to fulfill the task defined within the team, fill in and
maintenance the information in ERP system


岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：
1. Be loyalty to company AC Wuxi , at least 3 years to be committed to the new mission
2. with certain economic and legal knowledge, good English, Chinese and computer skill
3. University education background in Machinery or related Industry, good knowledge in
engineering drawing, with 5 years working experience within manufacturing environment,
proven work record, good negotiation skill, experience as team leader is preferred
4. Has 3 year experience in souring organization above team leader
5. Has experience in OFF Road Industry or Heavy equipment Industry, familiar with Diesel
engine drive equipment
6. Strong ambitious and skills in cost saving, high skill in supplier negotiation, payment terms,
inventory control, delivery performance improvement and strong push in supplier quality
improvement


薪资15K左右，最好是高级采购主管，然后想晋升为经理的，定居无锡或者长期居住无锡的
