2. Build and maintain relationships with internal functions within purchasing
3. Establish market intelligence by price development and material availability closely.
4. Raw materials and Cost Forecasting based on commodity cost construction.
5. Contract Management and Negotiation.6. implement VA/VE and localization to drive the cost reduction7. Execute the Purchasing work independently
6. Prepare & review the procurement execution plan and specification based on project execution schedule

职位要求：
1.Excellent oral and written English skills
2.Knowledge: Bachelor degree or above
3.Automobile industry procurement experience is MUST
4.8 years experience in auto industry procurement related
5.2-3 years in management position with team lead ship
6.Be familiar with raw materials and negotiating skills
