You will be responsible for assisting theDirector of Global Sourcing with overall management and administering the directionof the Company’s Asian supply chain with the goal to decrease total costs andensure the company receives quality products on time.

Responsibilities:

1、quality, seek continuous improvement and identify opportunities forcost reduction;

2、Maintain direct relationship with all suppliers of company and be akey member in promoting company as an organization in Asia;

3、Manage and coordinate all activities associated with sourcing ofmanufactured goods, raw material, services, quality, materials management,purchasing and sourcing throughout our Asian global supply chain;

4、Work with the sourcing team and quality team at headquarters to puta process in place for testing of all the product;

5、Coordinate all activities with the company’s machine and spare partsvendors;

6、Address long lead-time and capacity constrained items to ensureagreed delivery schedules are met;

7、Responsible for vendor ISO quality audits.

Requirements:

1、Possess bachelor degree or above or relevant work experience;

2、Has completed a quality audit course or plan on completing training;

3、5 years of experience in procurement and quality functions;

4、5 years of experience in the gasket & fastener industry with ISOexperience;

5、Strong management skills and team leadership;

6、Conflict resolution and problem solving skills;

7、Must be able to write and communicateeffectively in English.
