Report to: Supply Chain Director

Based in: Suzhou

Job Summary/工作概要:

In charge of sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers forvariance parts which require the localization. Responsible for supplierssearching and audit potential suppliers for production raw material.

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

1.     Sourcing the potential local suppliers: Collect RFQ, costanalysis, negotiate with suppliers and do comparison on price. Work with SCM tofinalize the price and suppliers.

2.     Negotiation and finalizationof standard contracts for new suppliers and continues cost reduction;

3.     Coordination of necessary newsupplier audit with the audit team; Support the annual audit for currentsuppliers.

4.     Follow-up all development newpart process including RFQ, negotiation, FAI status, Mass production, maintainmaterial data base in ERP system for responsible parts;

5.     Has the responsible to helpthe supplier increase quality and productivity ;

6.     Supplier performance monitor;Risk analysis, and supply relationship management

7.     Realize program according toKB 's Rules and annual targets

8.     Collect new suppliers' basic information ( Suppliers'questionnaire, business license etc. ) Sign contracts with suppliers. (NDA,purchasing agreements etc.)

9.     Work with suppliers to build up samples and work with qualitydepartment to approve samples. Suppliers ‘quality management and improvement,ECN follow up.

Requirements/岗位要求:

1. Verygood know-how about the variety of metal components especial in Machining(Turning, Milling. grinding, Polishing, heat-treatment, Surface-treatmentetc.), Die-casting, Electronic parts
2. Have experience at negotiating with supplier regarding to rail products.
3. Minimum experience 5~7years
4. Initiative / Quickness
5.Problem Solving and Decision Making
6. Good English in Oral and Written
7. Project management, MS office
8. Willingness to travel

薪资待遇:20-25K /月

补充说明：SCM Director是为女士，另外本身对于Sourcing不是很熟悉，需要这个Sourcing Manager业务能力比较强，能够自己管理项目并且独当一面。

目前下面带2个人左右，后续根据需要再计划。

公司是美国的医疗设备，要关闭美国工厂，全部搬到中国来。
