一、Demand Planning Supervisor

Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
-        Ensure the most appropriate use ofstatistical models and other inputs to develop a robust, un-biased andcomprehensive baseline sales forecast across all articles and business models;
-        Collaborate with sales and marketing to workon sales trend and market activities to generate consensus sales forecast;
-        Prepare analysis, reporting, and KPIs ,andmonthly organize the Pre-demand / demand review meeting;
-        Develops in collaboration with SCM managerfor appropriate / optimal forecast models to support forecasting of all finishgoods of different business models;
-        Work with sales / marketing on marketconditions or activities that will result in an increase or decrease of sales;
-        Utilize projects management function in"sales force" system to better improve the sales forecast accuracy
-        Provides detailed, timely forecast reportingfor monthly pre-demand / demand review meeting;
-        Timely monitor sales trend to provideguidance to supply planner for supply schedule adjustment;
-        Responsible for the administration and updateof 3rd EYE system with respect to forecast models, article data entry and validation;
-        Develops and applies exception reporting toenable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts andmonth-to-month forecast changes.
Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree or above;
-        Minimum 2 years practical experience inrunning demand forecasting and / or analytical process;
-        Highly numerate with knowledge of supplychain forecasting systems, ideally SAP APO;
-        Strong ownership;
-        Strong data processing skills;
-        High attention to detail;
-        Strong communication / interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
-       Bachelor’sdegree in business, economics, supply chain, operations or related field;
-       Advancedtechnical engineering degree with MBA is preferred;
-       Minimum 15years’ experience in supply chain & logistics, preferably with a retaileror manufacturer of billion dollar revenue MNC FMCG industry;
-       CPFRoperations experience is a plus;
-       Successfullymanaged internal / outsourced high volume distribution and / or transportationfrom factory and distribution centers;
-       Proventrack record of leading large transportation, retail store delivery,warehousing, and delivery network modeling projects;
-       Experiencewith leading complex, cross functional projects (including setting scope,reaching consensus, successful execution, and presenting results);
-       Import /export management experience is needed;
-       Experienceof managing a sizable team (30+) is needed;

Responsibilities:
-        Manage the Logistics functions for company tobring overseas and local sourced merchandisers to the DC for retail and wholesalecustomers;
-        Ensure effective import customs clearance byworking closely with Asian logistics and the customs compliance teams to ensureprocess is followed efficiently and in full compliance to transactionalpreferences;
-        Manage the international freight forwardersto ensure the company defined process and procedure are properly executed andmeasured against the pre-defined KPI;
-        Manage and report the performance of thetransporters to ensure local delivery’s to wholesale and retail operations aremeeting the defined business KPI;

工作职责:

二、仓库主管(5-6K左右薪资可谈)
岗位职责:
1、负责仓库整体日常工作的按排。
2、仓库的工作 的工作筹划与进度控制,合理调配人力资源,对仓库现场各个工作的监控。
3、与公司其他部门的沟通与协调。
4、参与公司宏观管理和策略制定。
5、现场管理的督导、7S 推行情况、目视化管理执行情况。

任职资格:

三、Inside sales(半年)
工作内容:
负责公司内部具体货运、出库、定价和相关的运营过程的协调。
处理客户寻价,订单,客户回馈和咨询等等。
运用ERP系统维护客户数据。
完成每日销售信息统计、汇总和跟踪。
处理延期交货订单。
协助和支持销售工作,接待客户及催收帐款。
向客户解释付款须知,分公司行政工作。
要求:
市场营销,国际贸易,英语或其它电气工程相关专业本科毕业
大于两年以上客服,销售助理工作背景
能够熟练运用ERP系统及办公应用软件
熟悉整个销售订单流程,了解国际贸易基本常识
较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力
较好的英语口语及书面能力
能够独立完成工作,执行力强
