一、Demand Planning Supervisor
Location: Shanghai Responsibilities: - Ensure the most appropriate use ofstatistical models and other inputs to develop a robust, un-biased andcomprehensive baseline sales forecast across all articles and business models; - Collaborate with sales and marketing to workon sales trend and market activities to generate consensus sales forecast; - Prepare analysis, reporting, and KPIs ,andmonthly organize the Pre-demand / demand review meeting; - Develops in collaboration with SCM managerfor appropriate / optimal forecast models to support forecasting of all finishgoods of different business models; - Work with sales / marketing on marketconditions or activities that will result in an increase or decrease of sales; - Utilize projects management function in"sales force" system to better improve the sales forecast accuracy - Provides detailed, timely forecast reportingfor monthly pre-demand / demand review meeting; - Timely monitor sales trend to provideguidance to supply planner for supply schedule adjustment; - Responsible for the administration and updateof 3rd EYE system with respect to forecast models, article data entry and validation; - Develops and applies exception reporting toenable identification and management of forecast accuracy impacts andmonth-to-month forecast changes. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above; - Minimum 2 years practical experience inrunning demand forecasting and / or analytical process; - Highly numerate with knowledge of supplychain forecasting systems, ideally SAP APO; - Strong ownership; - Strong data processing skills; - High attention to detail; - Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
