General Manager Procurement

Requirements,
1.A Post Graduate Business qualification with an emphasis on Procurement and Change Management, Operations Management or Finance；
2.A current member for at least the past 5 years of a recognized Professional Procurement Affiliation；
3.Have experience working across cultures and teams where there is a proven track record of successfully managing a multitude of challenges.
4.Minimum of 15 Years in a professional procurement local and global environment；
5.Minimum 10 years in a Manager’s role of above that involves the management of staffs and have budget and target performance responsibilities； and
6.Minimum 7 years in a Senior Management Role that included the Management of an entire Procurement department across an organization with definitive performance target metrics and demonstrated results across this period；
7.An excellent communicator and listener and able to quickly grasp concepts of how to prescribe solutions to all requirements；
8.Proven achievements from a strategic and tactical standpoint of what needs to be done to drive results；
9.An up to date operator that has familiarity and an in depth understanding of the latest procurement practices and has maintained the personal knowledge currency of updating the best in class industry standards and cases；
10.An innovative and resourceful professional with exceptional influencing and negotiating skills and above all, impeccable ethical standards；
11.Able to carry out small and big projects, multitask and yet maintain cooperation and clarity across all tasks and provide systematic reviews, recommendations, criticism, positive reinforcement and all other feedback across all stakeholders at all stages of any task or project.
As the HAECO’s business framework is weighted towards an aviation, technical and/or engineering nature, we may view that the ideal candidate would be someone that has had significant experience across a mix of those environments who has a proven track record
