苏州园区外企招聘职位： Supply Chain NPI Project Leader(采购部门) ：2名，Mechanical和Electrical方向各一名
职位重点：
红色标记是重中之重
1. 较强的工程背景,需要非常了解加工过程，模具知识和经验
Mechanical方向：钣金，冲压，molding，机加工, extrusion, casting等（最好是注塑、模具厂做过的）
Electrical方向：PCB,PCBA,马达（PCB制造工程中出身的）
2.Cost down的概念和经验,cost analysis, cost model building
3.项目管理经验
4. NPI项目的经验
5.Sourcing, Buyer的经验或者沟通能力良好
任职要求：
General requirements:
1.Master or minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (for Supply Chain NPI Project Leader, major in project management is also OK)
2.8+ years of work experience
3.Familiar with antenna products, manufacturing process, material sourcing of multiple categories will be plus.
4.Good communication skill and stakeholder management
5.Experience with new product development process.
6.Skilled with SAP
7.Experienced with basic office tools, MS Excel, PPT etc.
8.Strong technical abilities
b) Specific requirements for Supply Chain NPI Project Leader (Mechanical)
1.Experience within technology and mechanics, understand key cost elements of sheet metal, stamping, fiberglass, tooled plastic parts, machining, extrusion and casting parts etc.
2.High experience within project management and/or strategic sourcing
c) Specific requirements for Supply Chain NPI Project Leader (Electrical)
1.Experience within technology and mechanics, understand key cost elements of PCB, PCBA, Cable, Cable Assembly, Mechanical-electrical parts, e.g. motor. Etc.
2.High experience within project management and/or strategic sourcing
职位职责：
General Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Collaboration with R&D and cross functional team for new product introduction from BOM cost and parts schedule perspective.
2.Participant new supplier sourcing work.
3.Identify and drive for continuous cost reduciton.
4.Leading specific product model BOM cost reduction according to business requirement.
b) Specific responsibilities for Supply Chain NPI Project Leader (Mechanical)
1.Interface with R&D for parts DFM review in earlier stage.
2.Improve and maintain should be cost model by Category, verify suppliers’ quotations.
c) Specific responsibilities for Supply Chain NPI Project Leader (Electrical)
1.Interface with R&D for parts DFM review in earlier stage.
2.Improve and maintain should be cost model by Category, verify suppliers’ quotations
