Responsibility
1. To take the cost ownership for all purchasing spending in DCW, to ensure low cost with proper quality;
2. Selection of strategic suppliers / areas to assure long term best cost supply;
3. Measure and monitor supplier performance/capabilities by KPIs, provide coaching on process/performance improvement to supplier；
4. To manage supplier development which include on site assessment of new supplier, regular on site audit and also conduct regular suppliers delivery performance rating together with the related departments to support business requirement and continuous improvement;
5. Insure with purchasing team that all materials are in time, in the requested quantity and required quality at our warehouse;
6. Running the logistics (purchasing and forwarding) in accordance with the budget and realize cost savings where ever it is possible;
7. Leading the team in a way to get the best out of them and in order to achieve the company targets in terms of output, material cost and transportation cost;
8. Following up the KPIs and define / implement corrective/preventive actions for improvement, if necessary;
9. Going with his direct subordinates trough an annual employee discussion and discuss openly the performance of the subordinate and the topics for improvement. The outcome of these discussions has to be put in writing as an agreement between the logistic manager and each of his direct subordinate.
任职资格：
Requirement
1. Native Chinese Speaking and fluent in English( including speaking, reading, writing and listening)
2. Bachelor or above, engineering related major preferred;
3. Over 8 years work experience in in managing sourcing and purchasing in industrial / metal machinery company, at least 5 years in MNC working environment
4. Over 5 years in a managerial role in related department (sourcing, procurement, purchasing…)
5. Prefer with marine industry background, or at least in big metal machinery industry
6. Sensitive in pricing and numbers and strong analytic skills;
7. Strong communication skills, clear and logic thinking and effective expression skills;
8. Good at WORD, ACCESS, EXCEL, POWER POINT and OUTLOOK;
9. Good negotiation skill;
10.Leading employees target oriented;

1.汇报对象是瑞士人，英语要求无障碍沟通，
2.直接物料和间接物料的采购都要负责，主要是大型机械器件的采购，包括锻件，铸件，焊接件，机加工件，齿轮箱等等，
3.懂得多品种，小批量采购的经验，
4.要懂SAP系统，
5.工科背景，本科以上，8年以上工作经验
