RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiating commercial contract arrangements with suppliers
Negotiating prices, quantities, qualities and time-scales
Sourcing suppliers by various mean on whole Mainland
Ensuring that products are delivered on time
Searching the market for opportunistic purchases
Interact with Engineering and Sales departments in order to make clear purchase budgets, schedules and productsfile:///C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\V7(XMWRN]{G8~CI}BCCR3QC.gifrvices quality
Developing new supplier relationship under Purchasing Manager supervision
Writing up accurate buying reports
Be responsible of Purchase Order and related soft/hard copies, annexed with internal Purchasing Procedures
Be responsible for reaching the annual savings goal for the assigned suppliers within the commodity.
Be responsible for keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
Good English both in written and speaking, Mandarin as mother language
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing
Experience in wood packaging industry as a plus
Analysis capacities and team player
Knowledge in Finance / Business Administration / Legal (contracts)
Technical understanding
Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
Proven career track, reliability and honesty (possibly have reference of previous Employer)
Good practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
Willing to take personal responsibility for making things happen
