泰州某德企招聘：采购经理职务
具体要求如下：
Qualifications：
College/Bachelor degree.
Solid knowledge in SAP ERP system on PP module.
Strong competences and experiences in procurement (>3years working experiences) preferably in Marine / shipbuilding industry
Experiences with leading of personnel, cost control, work preparation etc.
Good mindset and skills of communication & coordination.
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strategic thinking(holistic).
Tasks and responsibilities：
Leading and maintaining the relevant processes to secure the material flow to/from the production including provision of supervision, consulting and correcting instructions concerning an optimal logistical solution.
Management of the procurement organization.
Leading the department of material supply and store keeping.
Supervision and coordination of schedules for all material deliveries. Management and control of timely purchase (based upon production-plan and internal procedures) of all items and material required;
Making sure working procedures and instructions are followed in compliance with the ISO-manual issued by QA-management/ Production Manager;
Control of incoming components, check all items reaching the Company against purchase order, specifications etc.
Control the supply of all components and material to the workshop, in coordination with the production planner and the head of the relative workshop;
Supervision of investigating, negotiating and logging the best offers regarding price, quality and delivery-conditions;
Participate in technical and commercial contract negotiations.
Control the correct storage and booking of all items in stock according to legal requirements (import material, domestic material) and storing-requirements;
Monitor and suggest the selection / purchase of standardised components;
Control tidiness and cleanliness in the premises related to purchase and store-keeping;
Responsible for leading and motivation of subordinate personnel;
Maintain close relations and good cooperation with other adjacent departments.
