Key Responsibilities:

1.Accountable for all Supply Chain site Planning, Warehousing, Logistics functions (including handbook management & customs issue resolution) and procurement in the sites.
2.Define, propose and defend the local supply chain plans and budget, in alignment with the approved regional supply chain strategy.
3.Manage the implementation of the group & regional supply chain strategies and policies in the site.
4.Follow up the implementation of procurement policies and the achieved results
5.Contribute to the regional supply chain strategy, by proposing and defending issues based on local trends and local customers’ demands.
6.Within site level, follow up and (internally and externally) benchmark the competitiveness and the quality of the Supply Chain and define, propose and implement projects to improve results in terms of operational excellence, cost saving and customer satisfaction.
7.Develops, recommends and implements programs to enhance working relationships and communication processes to ensure achievement of leading practice warehouse and materials management processes. Ensure teams share leading practices and lessons learned, use consistent methodologies, and pursue deliverables that are aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
8.Drives standards throughout the organization, resolves issues in areas of collaboration with other supply chain system processes, and defines the process methodology in alignment with corporate guidance. Makes recommendations on processes improvement
9.Establish relationships with key Maintenance and Production Operations group to understand their work areas and requirements improve planning and forecasting outlooks and communicate this information to the broader Corporate Supply Chain Management team.
10.Coordinates with site teams to execute and manage the daily logistical tasks
11.Execute the parameter settings and monthly cyclic count reports and reconciliations. Evaluate and supervise the compliance of standards and objectives for cycle counts and maintain accuracy to agreed Standards.
12.Develop skills and abilities of direct and indirect reports through ongoing performance measurement and feedback. Provide career guidance and act as a champion and mentor for all resources in the supply chain organization.
13.Ensure that all warehouse operations are in compliance with Safety requirements promoting the company’s safety culture, including training of assigned staff, clearly stating safety expectations, ensuring unsafe events are reviewed in a timely manner and 100% compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
14.Acquire insight into the Supply Chain strategy and policies, Keep current about laws, rules and regulations, affecting the supply chain activities within the site
15.Submits reports to Management and represent the Supply Chain group at Site management meetings
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience,
2.Eight (8+) years of related experience in chemical company
3.Four (4+) years of management experience – leading teams and having direct reports
4.Previous training and experience in warehousing and logistics, as well as personnel management
5.demonstrate significant knowledge of all of the disciplines referenced in this job profile
6.Experience working in an international supply chain organization with an advanced understanding of supply chain materials management and logistics procedures
7.SAP knowledge & implementation project knowledge is a must
8.Good working knowledge of project management and spreadsheet computer program skills are essential,
9.Advanced written and spoken English as asset 10.Strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills, expert analytical skills。
