Title: Sourcing Engineer Company: The client is a leading global supplier of brake system and spring steel wire for business vehicle, with the business throughout the world more than 30 countries and regions. It is a Sweden enterprise, and HQ in Stockholm. Reporting to: Global Sourcing Manager Location: Suzhou SIP, China Requirements: Ø Bachelor/college degree with engineering background Ø At least 3 years working experience in sourcing field of automotive industry Ø Related commodity knowledge is preferred Ø Good English both in oral and written Ø Major Accountabilities: Ø Manage sourcing activity for assigned commodity/project Ø Search for potential supplier and request for quotation, and quotation analysis Ø Set up localization plan together with sourcing manager and follow up the plan Ø Work with sourcing manager to set up yearly cost reduction plan and performed it Ø Responsible for initial supplier assessment Ø Responsible for supplier contract negotiation, include price, payment term etc Ø Close work with SQE to ensure the localize project on-time completed Ø Set up/maintain purchasing data into AX system Ø Continuous optimize supply base Work Environment: Ø Frequent travel is required Wendy Ji
