职位概述:
Description：Responsible for advanced procurement performance follow up in quality, cost and delivery aspects as well as trouble shooting to support project quick launch.

职责范围:
Major Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the China new project development in new project stage;
2. Participant in project team, drive the project cost and schedule commitment in project stage;
3. Interface with global/local commodity teams, success as purchasing process owner team-work with China engineering team/project team to support rapid growth of Suzhou plant;
4. Lead new project sourcing decision with cross function team input;
5. BOM analysis on new project transferred products to identify localization possibility and decide advance material procurement;
6. Material cost analysis to achieve total target cost;
7. Follow up sample/mass production material status for new project;
8. Coordination on material shipment from overseas suppliers;
9. Job assignment on material planning, sourcing, material procurement and shipping to keep project schedule;
10. Provide solution/feedback to material team by communicating with project team to grantee success on material procurement;


任职要求:
Qualification:
        - Fluent English both writing and oral;
        - Familiar with Microsoft office and ERP;
        - Project management knowledge

＊能力Ability:
1. Minimum 5 years experience as purchasing/sourcing function in an industrial environment, equipment manufacturing is preferred;
2. Ability to work in a matrix organization with project management knowledge and experience
3. Good negotiation and material planning skills;
4. Has commodity knowledge, such as: mechanical, plastic injection, electronic, etc;
5. Good knowledge on supplier resource;
6. Excellent communication ability and project management experience;
7. Good logic and strategic thinking with ERP system, BOM & cost analysis;
8. Customs & shipping knowledge is plus;
9. Flexible on business travel.
