For our strategic business unit "Electronic Components"we are looking for an experienced project manager.Our customers are active in the consumer electronics、power electronics and automotive markets.As an experienced project manager you are used to handing high-tech projects in an international and dynamic environment and have a very good understanding of the requirements of demanding customers.
Job description
1. Takeover of the complete project mangagement (planning,controlling and documentation) of production plants or lines.
Technical management of project team and coordination of all internal (development ,purchasing,production planning,assemply,commissioning and service) and external interfaces.
2. Ensuring the implementation of requirements and specifications in accordance with the contract and specifications,takeing into account internal specifications as well as successful project completion and handover to the service department.
3. timely detection of impending schedule,cost and quality deviations as well as rapid controlled implementation of changes.
4. Active participation in the standardization of our project management processes.
5. project steering,as a Gatekeeper of Gate Process.
6. Support of Customer,primary contact person of the customer (PM).
Qualification
1. Completed technical studies or completed vocational training with further training and corresponding work experience or a comparable qualification.
2. Several years of experience in project managerment in special machine construction.
3. Experience in the professional management of international and interdisciplinary project teams.
4. Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
5. Systematic way of thinking and working combined with a high degree of fiexbility and problem-solvind competence.
6. Strong communication skills and a motivating personality.
7. High degree of independence and sense of responsibility.
8. Business fluent written and spoken English.
9. A high and worldwide willingness to travel rounds off the profile.

1. Technical Background,MA of Engineering.
2. Economically savvy,MBA.
3. PMA School/Principles - PMA,IPMA intern.
4. Excellent and proven project management skills - from specification to FAT/SAT
5. At least 5 years of experience in management of larger projects.
6. Track of record of successful accomplished projects I the size of 20 M.

Define and maintain SMART prj scope.
Lead Core Team
1. Motivate a team to work together towards a common goal and to achieve co-operation within the team Manger properly communication with prj team,Stakeholders and customer.
2. Consolidate project time-plan with the contribution of Core Team members.
3. Measure and predict time schedule deviation and act to reduce impact.
4. Measure and predict cost budget deviation and act to reduce impact.
5. Secure proper Prj risk management process execution.
6. Secure project reporting according to Head of PM request.
