Responsible to:Quality Manager subordinates:QC Engineer
Qualification required Education:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, engineering, or material. Professional Experience: 1.5+ years working experience in quality dept and manage subordinate 2.With experience in supplier quality management, process quality control, and quality cost and customer service. 3. Familiar with ISO9000 4. Familiar with 8D, 7 QC, SPC tools 5. TS16949 is preperred. 6. ASME, PED, GB, KGS knowledge is strongly preferred. 7. 6 Sigma is preferred. Foreign Language:Fluent in both written and oral English Age:Above 30 Others: 1. Excellent management skills and working proactively with colleagues. 2. Having an in-depth appreciation on the theory and practice of a process area. (Internal, External)
3. Developing relationships with colleagues in production, planning, SCM, engineering, customers and other disciplines.
4. Having competent presentation skills.
Job Description 1.Routine 2. Support quality manager to execute process quality audits. 3. Review contract files/customer specifications and coordinate special requirements with engineering, sales and purchasing. 4. Disposition and control of non-conformance products and 5. Hire, coach and evaluate staff. 6. Support quality manager to initiate corrective and preventive actions. 7. Support and response to customer’s quality requirements 8. Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures. 9. Supplier quality management and support quality manager to drive supplier continuous improvement. 10. ASME/GB material pressure vessel manufacturing control experience 11. Good communication with the third authorized party and customer 12. PPAP experience is preferred
Responsibility Scope 1. Quality team management and coach; 2. Supplier quality control; 3. Raw material in-coming inspection. 4. Products and process quality control; 5. Non-confirming disposal; 6. In-process ,final, out-going and shipping inspection 7. Customer quality service and complaint handling. 8. Continue improvement to achieve quality goal; 9.Quality policy and procedure implementation;
Cooperation Scope Work close with others department for quality issue, continue improvement, customer requirements and supplier quality management.
